Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions. Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance while managing external and internal audits. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations, including banking relationships and capital allocation. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, optimize performance, and streamline finance processes through digital solutions and best practices. Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes in alignment with IFRS and Ind AS standards.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- min 8+ years of experience in finance controlling
- strong experience in financial reporting
- strong experience in financial controlling
- strong experience in statutory audit
- strong experience in compliance
- strong experience in accounting operations
- hands on expertise month -end /year -end close activities
- hands on expertise in treasury
- hands on expertise in banking operations
- hands on expertise in local tax compliance
- hands on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Business Central (MSBC)
- hands on experience with SAP
- hands on experience with Oracle
- strong understanding of IFRS
- strong understanding of Ind AS
- ability to manage strict deadlines
- possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- track record of effective stakeholder management across cross functional and external teams
