Job Summary
Financial Controller (FX) Associate responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting of the consolidated Firm and its entities, liquidity and funding control, and accounting policy advisory. The FX Controllers team manages global FX exposure at the entity level, performing daily hedge validation, FX P&L controls, month-end reconciliation, and analytics while supporting Treasury and other Controller groups. Key duties include currency hedge instruction, hedging workflow setup, balance sheet/account maintenance, and contributing to process improvements and governance packs. Requires 5+ years in finance/controller roles and a professional qualification (e.g., accounting or CFA); experience with hedge accounting, FX forwards/swaps, and treasury/product control is advantageous. Hybrid work arrangement in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience with focus on Finance/Controller background
- Qualified with relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. Accounting or CFA)
