Financial Controller - FTC

Lead the day-to-day Finance function, overseeing the Accounting Team (AP, AR & Payroll) and driving a scalable finance operating model to support international expansion. Own financial reporting, controls, treasury, VAT/payroll/corporation tax compliance, audit coordination, and risk management. Partner with FP&A on monthly reporting, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting; drive continuous improvement through automation and systemisation. Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, scale finance capabilities, and lead transformation initiatives. The role requires weekly attendance at the Winnersh office to collaborate with key stakeholders, and offers the potential for a future permanent position. Key tools and capabilities include experience with systems like Xero, ApprovalMax, FloQast, and related financial processes, in a fast-paced growth environment.
