Job Summary
Financial Controller responsible for supporting the financial and operational controlling activities of the Group internationally. Key duties include reviewing monthly bookkeeping, supporting month-end and year-end closes, preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy of the general ledger, trial balance and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing accounting transactions and intercompany balances, liaising with external auditors, and monitoring ERP system operations and accounting controls. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 5–7 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in English; Oracle NetSuite experience is highly desirable. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and closing procedures
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is highly desirable
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
