Job Summary
Senior Financial Controller to lead a 65-person accounting team across corporate accounting and shared services. Own the monthly close and produce consolidated financial statements across 100+ entities. Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors. Support acquisition integration and due diligence accounting. Partner with operations, FP&A, and executive leadership on financial strategy and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- CPA required
- 10+ years in accounting with 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations under US GAAP
- Background managing large accounting teams
- Acquisition accounting experience, including purchase price allocation
- Dealership, retail, or franchise industry experience is a strong plus
