Job Summary
Conduct daily bookkeeping, manage vendor and customer reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support the CEO and leadership group in the budget process while performing financial analysis and tracking against KPIs. Handle year-end reporting in collaboration with the external auditor and improve internal processes, including ERP systems. Deliver weekly reports to Fagerhult Group and ensure accurate conformance reporting across multiple legal entities and countries. Requires a university degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of finance experience, and fluent Swedish and English. Deadline for applications is September 13.
Required Qualifications
- Universitetsutbildning inom relevant område
- 3–5 års erfarenhet inom ekonomi
- Flytande svenska och engelska
- Gedigen erfarenhet av bokföring, controlling och rapportering
- Erfarenhet från mindre organisation med brett ansvar
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet från internationell koncern är meriterande
- Intresse för teknik är ett plus
- ERP-erfarenhet (Fortnox meriterande)
