Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day financial operations for Collective Wellness Group and Anytime Fitness Australia, delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll governance, audit management and statutory compliance; oversee cashflow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger; drive continuous improvement in financial systems and controls; partner with business leaders to identify growth, efficiency and profitability opportunities; coach and develop a high-performing Finance team.
Required Qualifications
- CPA or CA qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or financial control roles
