Job Summary
Commercially astute Financial Controller to lead finance operations at a Cambridge-based group, overseeing consolidated financial statements, UK GAAP/IFRS policy application, intercompany and transfer pricing, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to senior leadership, budgeting and forecasting, audit liaison, ERP/system improvements, internal controls, and mentoring a geographically dispersed finance team. Prior experience in professional services or language/translation sectors is a plus; candidates should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
