Job Summary
Financial Controller Allianz Central Europe – P&C Focus in Vienna. Focus on Property & Casualty performance steering across the CE region, driving productivity and growth initiatives, and monitoring KPIs for dedicated operating entities. Supports regular P&C closing processes, contributes to local and regional planning dialogues (PD/SD), and assists management in financial decision-making with regional CFO in developing the regional finance function. Requires proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI or similar tools are advantageous. Start asap; 40 hours per week; located at ICON Towers, Vienna Central Station. Salary ~65,000 EUR annual gross (local currency).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in a global organization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar analytical tools (advantage)
- Proficiency in business English; German and/or other CE-region languages are an advantage
- P&C Actuary or strong mathematical/quantitative background (advantage)
- Ability to work autonomously within pre-defined scope; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate跨-cultural teams
