Financial Controller

Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting for executive review. Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable ownership, overseeing invoice generation, collections efforts, and customer account resolutions. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls while supporting annual budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis. Coordinate financial audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and drive operational efficiency.
