Financial Controller (9 month contract)

Job Summary
Lead all aspects of financial management for the country/entity as Financial Controller on a 9-month contract. Oversee day-to-day financial activities including revenue recognition, cost accounting, and inventory management; lead month-end close, provisions and journal entries; deliver monthly management accounts; analyze gross margins and drivers; provide variance analysis against budget/forecast; partner with commercial/operational teams to drive actions toward financial targets; contribute to cost optimization and CapEx evaluations; ensure internal controls and support audits. Requires a professional accounting qualification, 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting (Big 4 experience advantageous), and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365)
