Job Summary
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and local regulatory information to onshore teams while managing end-to-end centralized processes such as journals and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain the integrity of financial data through strong process-level controls and quality at source. Support the implementation of standardized controls, automate manual activities, and deliver timely month-end outputs including registers, schedules, and trial balances.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance and Commerce or equivalent degree
- Preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with proven experience in Finance services roles
- Solid working knowledge of financial control within a financial services environment
- Experience in presenting finance matters, including issues and resolutions to stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automation, data analytics, or digital tools such as Python, KNIME, VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar technologies
