Financial Control and Reporting Manager

Job Summary
Lead and own the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting processes end-to-end; analyze monthly results and translate findings into actionable insights; prepare executive-level presentations for senior management and Board discussions; perform P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analyses; oversee independent audit processes; drive improvements in reporting formats and dashboards; serve as the primary finance contact for management on reporting matters; requires a Bachelor’s degree and CPA/license, 8+ years of experience, IFRS expertise, and advanced English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience
- CPA license or current licensure process required
- Experience with IFRS-compliant financial statements and consolidation
- Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Proficient in General Ledger analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage end-to-end financial and management reporting processes
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP preferred
