Job Summary
Own end-to-end real estate property accounting for funds, including preparing/reviewing monthly/quarterly/annual workpapers and financial statements, variance analysis, and ensuring GAAP-compliant transactions; manage bookkeeping (cash booking, expense accruals, assets/depreciation, leases, CAM, billing, AR aging), lender compliance, and onboarding of new clients; build reports that meet client requirements, create SOPs/checklists for processes, collaborate with global teams on month-end close, provide client service, and mentor junior staff; strong analytical skills, real estate fund terminology, and experience with property accounting platforms (Yardi/MRI) are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in accounting
- CPA and/or CA preferred
