Job Summary
Assist members with financial needs through a consultative, needs-based approach, educating them on value-added products like consumer loans, accounts, and investment services. Identify opportunities to refer members to specialized departments for mortgage, home equity lending, and other business services. Process transactions with high accuracy in accordance with established policies, procedures, and laws while handling problem resolution within your authority level. Support the Teller line as needed and demonstrate adaptability across teller and platform operations functions. Work 37-40 hours per week with open availability Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Teller and Platform Operations
- Ability to provide exceptional service
- Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing, and balancing negotiable instruments
- Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email, etc
- open availability Monday-Saturday
- work 37-40 hours per week
