Job Summary
Counsels participants on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities and other investment options to help clients reach financial goals; educates, recommends and facilitates new product purchases (including mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 and 403b, bank products, life insurance) and provides financial planning guidance via in-person, phone, and video; collaborates with internal teams to deploy TIAA products and services; hybrid flex role with regional travel to client institutions at least 3 days/week and remote work the rest of the week; requires completing all licenses within 120 days; training during initial period with transition to exempt salaried status; strong focus on client service, relationship management, and retirement planning; full benefits and competitive compensation discussed during the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Registrations Series 7; Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers
- Educational requirements: University degree preferred
- 3+ Years work experience required; 5+ Years preferred
