Job Summary
Counsel participants, new entrants, prospects, and beneficiaries on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and investment options to help them retain and increase assets. Educate clients, recommend new product purchases including mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, and life insurance, and facilitate transactions via in-person, phone, and video chat. Interact with retirement plan participants to execute service requests and communicate with cross-business partnerships to develop products supporting client needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors. Requires 3+ years of work experience, FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations, and a Life and Health Insurance License obtained within 120 days. Role involves 25% travel to New England states.
