Job Summary
Assist members with general account inquiries and identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members. Maintain basic understanding of branch compliance, auditing, and all products and services available for members. Handle transactions with attention to detail and the ability to manage stressful situations. High School Diploma or GED required; customer service, cash handling, or sales experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Work 35-40 hours a week between 8:30am – 6:00pm M-F with rotating Saturdays. Starting hourly pay range $20.00–$28.97. Two-week training at headquarters in Richland, WA.

- Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F and rotating Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Location: On-Site, Yakima (WA)
