Job Summary
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and lobby engagements to identify and convert opportunities. Oversee financial center operations by coaching team members, managing performance, and ensuring strict adherence to risk and compliance policies. Utilize the CRM system to foster customer relationships and guide new onboarding while participating in off-site networking to strengthen local brand presence. May serve as a Notary Public. This role supports a high-performing team within the Downtown Bethlehem financial center, focusing on customer-centric service and sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years related business or sales experience
- Proactive and result oriented
- Highly collaborative with Fulton partners and other team members
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to serve as a Notary Public
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- 1 or more years supervisor or team leader experience
