Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team

- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing talent and sourcing candidates
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required
- Understanding of customer-centric operations and risk management in a financial center
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and client experience improvements
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms
