Job Summary
Financial Center Manager III responsible for achieving banking center service goals and sales targets while leading a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, coaching and developing associates, deepening client relationships, driving new client acquisition and non-interest revenue, building strong cross-functional partnerships, managing daily operations and audits, and promoting community engagement. The role requires providing guidance on bank products, ensuring regulatory compliance (BSA, CIP, CRA, HMDA, Reg B/D/E, Truth in Savings, Patriot Act), and aligning with district/region goals through leadership, coaching, and communication. The position typically leads a single office and emphasizes coaching, performance management, and delivering the First Financial Bank Experience to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred
- 4-5 years of demonstrated leadership in a retail environment
- 4-5 years of sales leadership processes and execution
- 4-5 years of personal experience in sales and service with goals achievement in retail
- Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures
