Job Summary
Lead a banking center team focused on achieving performance goals, profitability, and growth in deposits, loans, and fee income. Manage daily operations, including opening accounts, processing loan applications, and executing sales for both consumer and business clients. Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening through active onboarding, follow-up calls, and coaching associates on product knowledge and service delivery. Model compliance with federal regulations such as BSA, CIP, and HMDA while fostering an inclusive environment through team collaboration, mentorship, and community integration. Liaise with district leaders to align retail initiatives and support overall regional success.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management, leadership and/or mentoring in a retail environment
- 2-4 years demonstrated prior success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution
- 2-4 years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment
- 2-4 years demonstrated prior success with achievement of performance goals
- Must have working knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred
