Job Summary
Manage all goal attainment, service, marketing, and operations of the banking center while recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet performance objectives. Lead a partner-centric team to grow small business, corporate, and institutional relationships through outside client-facing activity, and facilitate consumer loan requests by maintaining policy knowledge and coaching staff. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, process transactions accurately, and engage in genuine conversations to identify client needs and recommend solutions. Occasional travel for meetings, training, and bank conversion support is required. This role supports Simmons Bank's mission to guide customers through every financial life stage using a consultative approach.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- BS/BA degree
- Two to four years management experience
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to share and disseminate information in a consistent and impactful manner
- Ability to manage and lead an effective sales process while supporting excellent customer service
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situation, to customers, clients and other employees in the organization
- Ability to provide support and guidance at other banking institutions within the market
- Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support (sporadic and minimal overnight and/or out of town)
Desired Qualifications

- Understand and utilize social media platforms to help share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge
