Job Summary
Lead the Financial Center team by achieving specified performance goals, driving deposit and loan growth, and managing daily operations including opening accounts, processing loan applications, and closing loans. Build and develop a team focused on exceptional client experiences through coaching, career development, and active client follow-up. Manage overall sales performance, ensure adherence to all compliance regulations, and foster strong internal partnerships with key specialists. Lead daily huddles, update team members on progress, and integrate into the community by developing outside sales opportunities and participating in local events. Act as a mentor for new associates and serve as a liaison between peers and district leadership to deliver on retail-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management, leadership and/or mentoring in a retail environment
- 2-4 years demonstrated prior success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution
- 2-4 years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment
- 2-4 years demonstrated prior success with achievement of performance goals
- Must have working knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred
