Financial Center Manager I

Job Summary
Lead a team to meet the financial needs of customers through a consultative approach, while delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue, loan and deposit growth. Recruit, train, develop, and coach staff to achieve performance objectives, manage community engagement and outside client-facing activities, and oversee banking-center operations with attention to compliance and the use of traditional services and digital capabilities to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED and BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years management experience
- NMLS registration and licensing requirement (must obtain license after employment)
- NMLS license required after employment (NMLS)
- Experience in consumer loan processes and policies
- Ability to recruit, train, develop, and coach staff
- Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
- Compliance training and awareness of applicable laws and regulations
- Experience leading a banking center and managing revenue, loan, and deposit growth
