Job Summary
As a Financial Center Manager I, you'll lead a team to address customer financial needs through a consultative approach, aiming to achieve defined financial metrics, including revenue, loan, and deposit growth. You'll manage the banking center's goals, service, marketing, and operations while actively participating in community business development. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, facilitating consumer loan requests, and ensuring high client satisfaction by developing engaged associates. Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years management experience
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
