Job Summary
Financial Center Manager responsible for day-to-day management of a financial center and its staff, fostering a client-centric and risk-aware culture, and driving operational excellence. Key duties include talent development and proactive candidate sourcing, managing client traffic and retention, implementing formal management routines, and delivering a world-class client experience. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, process adherence to laws and regulations, and alignment with market strategies. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent, leading inclusive teams, and driving business outcomes. The position may require weekend and/or extended hours and entails working across a financial center network to support clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and results orientation
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, and to be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
