Job Summary
Complete the Financial Center Manager roadmap and onboarding activities, including rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. Become proficient at deepening consumer and small business customer relationships through consultative selling and integrated book of business strategies. Source, develop, and coach a team that reinforces core values while cultivating a collaborative culture. Assist in providing timely feedback and guide employees toward full potential. Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third's products and internal resources to lead the team effectively. This role is based in Smyrna, Georgia, and requires S.A.F.E. Act registration. Candidates must possess a college degree or two years of leadership sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
