Job Summary
Lead all aspects of financial center performance by driving sales growth for consumer and small business clients, managing team performance expectations, and coaching employees toward sustained excellence. Oversee operational processes to ensure compliance with risk management initiatives while handling escalated customer inquiries with professionalism. Build a strong local network by engaging with community organizations and participating in non-profit boards to promote small business banking products. Extend beyond the center to contribute to broader corporate initiatives, partner with the Commercial segment, and champion cultural activities to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable.
- 5 or more years Banking, Financial Services, or sales.
- 3 or more years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management.
- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability
- Small Business Banking acumen
- Collaboration skills
- Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
