Job Summary
Complete the Financial Center Manager Associate roadmap and onboarding activities, including rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. Become proficient at deepening consumer and small business customer relationships by providing a memorable experience and utilizing the consultative sales process to identify financial needs. Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products and internal resources to guide the team, develop an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments, and source, coach, and lead staff. Participate in community benefit activities while modeling ethical behavior per the Bancorp Code. Assist in providing timely feedback and developing employees for career growth. Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration and a college degree or two years of sales leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
