Job Summary
The Financial Center Manager Associate participates in a comprehensive onboarding and rotation program across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Preferred and Sales & Operations Management, with eventual placement in a Financial Center. Responsibilities include deepening consumer and small business relationships through consultative selling, maintaining knowledge of bank products and processes, leading a team to deliver a memorable customer experience, developing an integrated book of business via Financial Needs Assessments (FNA), coaching and developing employees, and promoting a One Bank culture while adhering to ethics and company policies. The role also involves collaboration with business partners, community involvement, and travel within the Bancorp footprint as needed. The position requires a college degree or equivalent leadership experience in a sales environment and SAFÉ Act registration through NMLS. Location: Benton Harbor, MI.
