Job Summary
Lead and coach a team at Fifth Third Financial Center to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive growth of the small business book of business. Apply consultative sales to identify and address the financial needs of current and prospective customers, assign to the best banker for ongoing support, and develop deposits, assets, and fee-based services. Cultivate a One Bank culture, collaborate with business partners, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while supporting community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment
- Previous management experience preferred
- Experience in financial industry and managing a P&L a plus
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Demonstrated business acumen
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment (NMLS)
