Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis, acting as a business owner to foster a client-centric and risk-aware culture, and driving operational excellence. Key duties include talent development and proactive sourcing of candidates, managing client traffic and retention, coaching and executing formal management routines, creating a world-class client experience, leading market-level initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of business strategies. The position carries managerial responsibilities, including developing team members and driving inclusive leadership, process and data discipline, risk management, and financial stewardship. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with an emphasis on delivering results and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Is confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed
- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
- Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Efficiently manages time and capacity
- Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
