Job Summary
Financial Center Consultant II at EECU in North Richland Hills conducts consultative selling sessions, performs financial profiles to identify relationship-expansion opportunities, and primarily spends time performing platform functions, opening new accounts and loan production. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional member experiences, cross-selling products and services, and providing complete service and sales experiences for members. Responsibilities include conducting consultative selling, handling lobby coverage and concierge duties, solving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The position requires good credit history review, strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment. College degree is preferred; availability during typical banking hours is expected.
Required Qualifications
- One-year minimum experience in a retail or financial environment that requires excellence in service while building exceptional rapport with members/customers.
- Retail Operations knowledge i.e. platform and teller operations preferred
- Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
- Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to EECU, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.
- Good listener that is approachable, can problem solve and be empathetic.
- Relevant computer skills, solid math and written communication skills.
