Job Summary
This role manages a Bank of America financial center, overseeing teller line functions, day-to-day policy adherence, and the improvement of financial center performance. It includes leadership responsibilities when teammates are absent, managing client traffic to foster retention, creating a world-class client experience, driving operational excellence, and executing market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders. The position requires coaching and developing staff, collaborating effectively, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and bank policies. The job is based in Las Vegas, NV with in-office requirements and a 40-hour work week.

- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
