Job Summary
Oversee financial center operations by managing client traffic, routing inquiries, and ensuring policy adherence while driving operational excellence through coaching and performance management. Lead the team in executing market-level initiatives, resolving client issues independently, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes the 1st shift with 40 hours per week, requiring availability for weekends or extended hours. This role supports Bank of America's mission to improve financial lives through connection and responsible growth within an inclusive, in-office culture.

- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded
- Bilingual skills
