Job Summary
Oversee a financial center's daily operations by managing client traffic, routing clients appropriately, and ensuring policy adherence while driving operational excellence. Lead formalized management routines, coach staff, and execute market-level initiatives to improve financial center performance. Assume leadership responsibility for the center when teammates are absent, resolving client problems independently or by bringing in support as needed. Manage organizational priorities, delegate tasks, and hold employees accountable to results in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to work weekends and extended hours, including any shift within a reasonable distance.

- Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded
- Bilingual skills
