Job Summary
Financial Center Manager-level role at Bank of America, responsible for managing a financial center in collaboration with senior team members, ensuring operational excellence, supervising teller line activities, policy adherence, and driving improvement in financial center performance. Leads client interactions, fosters client retention, delivers a world-class client experience, implements market initiatives, coaches staff, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Flexible to train at one center and potentially relocate within commuting distance, with some weekends/extended hours due to business needs. Role emphasizes leadership, coaching, performance management, risk management, and customer-focused operations in a fast-paced banking environment.

- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
