Job Summary
This role oversees a Bank of America financial center, managing daily operations and the teller line, ensuring policy adherence and cohesive functioning across the center. Responsibilities include driving client retention, delivering a world-class client experience, coaching and developing team members, executing market-level initiatives, and ensuring performance improvements through formal management routines. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to learn new technology platforms, interpret performance data, and collaborate across teams. Training will occur at one financial center with potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance; weekend and extended hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail and/or hospitality environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Ability to interpret performance results and drive improvements
- Willingness to train at a financial center and relocate within commuting distance as needed
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-center environment
