Job Summary
Manage a Bank of America financial center in coordination with senior team members, overseeing teller line operations, policy adherence, and overall center performance. Provide leadership during team absences, drive client experience and market initiatives, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with regulatory requirements. Bilingual Spanish is required; in-office culture and weekend/extended hours may be required.

- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
