Job Summary
Financial Center Assistant Manager at Bank of America leads and collaborates with senior team members to ensure operational excellence of the financial center, manages teller-line functions and day-to-day policy adherence, drives client experience and retention, coaches staff, and steps into leadership when teammates are absent. The role emphasizes managing client traffic, executing business routines, interpreting performance results, and delivering a world-class client experience while adhering to applicable laws and regulations. A strong emphasis on relationship-building, effective communication, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration to meet financial-center goals is stated. Requires weekend/extended hours availability and in-office presence with potential travel to multiple centers as needed.

- Desire to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
