Job Summary
Manage a Bank of America financial center in Columbia, MD, overseeing teller-line operations, day-to-day policy adherence, and overall center performance. Drive a world-class client experience, coach staff, and execute market- and center-level initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and leadership coverage in the absence of teammates. Requires effective client engagement, relationship-building, problem solving, and the ability to work weekends/extended hours. Emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and adherence to laws and bank guidelines to deliver better financial lives for clients.

- Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
- Location-specific requirements include being based in Columbia, MD and willing to work at the Little Patuxent Parkway location
