Financial Care Agent (PenFed)

Financial Care Agent responsible for negotiating resolutions of early-stage past-due accounts while maintaining high customer-satisfaction and compliance with all client and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include meeting productivity goals, efficiently managing and documenting customer accounts, using probing questions to assess situations, negotiating payment arrangements, and making knowledge-based decisions to resolve issues. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, negotiating, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an office environment with attention to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
