Job Summary
Lead program financial management for the Engines Avionics and Control Products (ACP) portfolio by tracking budgets, forecasting, and developing sophisticated cost models for R&D and production. Coordinate cross-functional financial reviews to guide strategic resource allocation and analyze production efficiency metrics to optimize spending. Create executive-level financial analysis, design reporting systems for governance, and oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Pioneer new financial methodologies using AI and advanced analytics tools to drive continuous cost improvement and support leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field
- 8+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience with data mining and SQL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in ERP tools, financial databases, and accounting software
- Ability to develop advanced Excel financial models based on multiple inputs, constraints, and scenarios
- Passion for our mission and vision
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
- Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training
- High integrity, ethics, and judgment
- Ability to foster trust and inclusive professional relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Python and workflow automation tools (Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau Prep)
- Proficiency in Tableau or Microsoft BI
- Experience in financial management of high-rate production
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors
- Experience leading or championing AI tools for financial analysis and process improvement
