Job Summary
Financial Business Analyst in University of Nevada, Reno's Business & Finance division oversees the copier program, including billing, vendor coordination, and program administration; designs and maintains OnBase workflows and forms to optimize business processes, supports financial systems through reporting and security administration, collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, and participates in workflow automation and project initiatives. Responsibilities include monthly recharge billing, device placement analysis, contract oversight with contractors, customer support for copier program, development of new workflows and forms, help desk processing, and evaluating departmental needs to improve productivity across University and Business & Finance operations; requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years (or Master’s with 1+ year) of related experience in IT/business applications within a financial environment; occasional nights/weekends may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience; OR Master’s degree and one (1) year of related work experience
- Related Experience: Working in an IT role supporting business applications, website applications, training platforms, etc. and some experience within a financial environment.
