Job Summary
Manage member relationships and support Financial Planners by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and processing administrative operations including estate and marital dissolution cases. Coordinate outbound calls, book appointments, and prepare documentation for account openings and trade transactions based on client risk profiles. Act as the primary liaison for member files, proactively identifying opportunities for insurance and non-investment referrals to optimize share of wallet. Ensure continuity of member experience and operational compliance in the Financial Planner's absence while building pipelines for future meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Related Experience in an investments capacity working with portfolios and associated requirements
- IFIC/CSC - MFDA/IIROC license
- working knowledge of various quotation equipment and industry specific computer software
- Basic investment knowledge
