Lead the development of financial models and investment analyses for the building materials sector across the Caribbean and northern Latin America. Perform company valuations, conduct industry and macroeconomic analyses, and participate in due diligence processes to support strategic recommendations. Analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation. Prepare reports and presentations for partners and analysts while supervising the professional development of team members. Requires a Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or CFA candidacy, with at least five years of experience in financial analysis and advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
