Job Summary
Financial Application Administrator for Core Banking is the business system administrator responsible for the production configuration environment, ensuring operational integrity, security, and governance of critical financial systems. Manages the full Change Control lifecycle (requests, approvals, testing requirements, deployments), enforces governance, and acts as primary application contact for operational teams. Provides Tier 2 incident support, contributes to UAT/QA, maintains SOPs and configuration documentation, and collaborates with data teams on dashboards and reporting to monitor metrics and feedback. Requires deep knowledge of core banking concepts, parameter configurations, and impact analysis to protect client experience and financial reporting; strong troubleshooting and ability to enforce risk/documentation standards. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with ITSM tools. Centier Bank emphasizes equal opportunity and accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in bank application administration, core banking systems, payment processing, or vendor application support
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and Change Management workflows
- Understanding of banking regulations and data privacy standards (GLBA, PCI-DSS) is a plus
