Job Summary
Financial and Reporting Analyst role supporting Caring for Others, focusing on turning data into actionable insights, driving financial visibility, forecasting, and process improvements across a multi-entity organization. Key duties include preparing monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc financial reports, highlighting KPIs and trends, building financial models for forecasting, performing budget vs. actual analyses, collaborating on month-end close, bank reconciliations, ERP data integrity, and delivering analyses to leadership. Requires strong Excel/ERP skills, experience with financial reporting tools, and knowledge of PHI handling per HIPAA; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required. The role offers a relocation stipend and is based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related finance roles
- Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to leadership and operational teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Experience handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related fields (bonus)
