Job Summary
Direct and manage a team providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers; serve as trusted advisor by assessing changing business strategies and providing tools and information to grow investments; review accounting and financial statements for audit/tax; document accounting principles for unusual investment types; process complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation; meet with prospective clients to identify service requirements and contribute to proposal feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of experience in alternative investments industry
- Two or more years of supervisory/managerial experience
